Is it safe to save my card on Vastram?
Yes. We use Razorpay for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of card data security. Vastram never stores your raw card details.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
This happens when a transaction times out mid-way. The amount is automatically reversed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You do not need to contact us, but if it hasn't reflected after 7 days, reach out at support@vastram.in.
Why was my card declined?
Cards can be declined due to insufficient funds, bank-side blocks on online transactions, or failed 3D Secure OTP. Check with your bank if the issue persists.
Can I pay using EMI?
EMI options are available on select credit cards for orders above ₹3,000. The available EMI plans are shown at checkout based on your card.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you see on the product page is what you pay (plus delivery charges for orders below ₹1999). No platform fee, no convenience fee.
