Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, go to My Orders in your Vastram account, select the delivered order, and tap "Return / Exchange". Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects reported with photographic evidence.

2. Conditions for Return

Items must be: • Unworn and unwashed • In original condition with all tags attached • Packed in original packaging • Returned with the invoice slip Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected at quality inspection and returned to you at your cost.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method: • UPI / Net Banking / Cards → Refunded to the same account • Cash on Delivery → Refunded via bank transfer (provide account details at the time of return) Vastram wallet credits, if used, are refunded to the wallet.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges on eligible items. The exchange item will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the original item. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, a full refund is issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable: • Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene) • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page • Gift cards and vouchers • Customised or personalised orders

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Changes to this Policy

Vastram reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
