Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped — go to My Orders and tap Cancel. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Eligible for Return

  • Unused, unworn items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Items with manufacturing defects or wrong size delivered

Not Eligible

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as 'non-returnable'

How to Return

Request

Go to My Orders → Select the item → Tap 'Return / Exchange' and choose a reason.

Pickup Scheduled

Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a free pickup within 2–3 business days.

Quality Check

Once we receive the item, our team inspects it within 24–48 hours.

Refund / Exchange

If approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Exchange items are dispatched within 2 business days.
